Toxic Work Cultures makes Best People Quit!

Work for someone who appreciates your ideas, loyalty and hard work.

Great Leaders are Great Listeners!

EMPATHY is the most important leadership skill needed today!

Thought leadership is what keeps organizations agile, adaptive, and in business.  In a knowledge-based world, it’s how you out think the competition.  In Vince’s case, that took the form of The Leadership Contract – a hard-hitting, tough-love body of work that challenges business executives to step up and be accountable.

1.Thought leadership is a long-term commitment and a full-time job, not a hobby and not a quick fix.

2.Thought leadership benefits both the individual leader and the organization, but the time commitments mean that you need to get clear on the rules of engagement from the start.

3.Thought leadership is not about advertising the company you work for; it is about developing a strong point of view on a topic that’s important to the company and helpful to the company’s customers.

Stay motivated

Don't Worry About What You Can't Control.

Seek Out Positive Information.

Remind Yourself Why You started The Goal.

Be Consistent and positive.

Break The Goal Down Into Smaller Pieces.

Not giving up attitude

When you are trying to achieve your goals, at some point of time you must have encountered below points.

This is impossible to achieve.

I can not do that.

Why this is happening to me.

Nobody is helping me.

To overcome any difficult time, you need to adopt below points when things are tough.

Need to have mindset which never gives up even though you have lost everything.

Watch or listen someone else success story to make it to top.

You need to understand why you started at first place and giving up will not serve any purpose. Your why should be strong enough to get you back up against wall again.

Look for how to do things. You do not have give up if things are not working out if you keep doing things in a same manner, try to change your approach towards life and trying to discover new ways to get things done.

Use failure as a stepping stone in your life to achieve your goals. That does not matter if you get failed but do not give up.

Keep working and improving yourself, when you want to quit, push yourself continue to take actions towards your goals. If you are not seeing any results, continue to work. You can hammer away a rock hundred times without seeing any cracks in it but next blow can split the rock into two pieces. Just keep on working.

Be Inspired

Knowledge tips about life

Focus on commitment, not motivation.

Just how committed are you to your goal, need to know? How important is it for you, and what are you willing to sacrifice in order to achieve  your goals? If you find yourself fully committed in work, motivation will follow.

Go for knowledge, not results.

If you focus on the excitement of discovery, improving, exploring and experimenting, Relevance, your motivation will always be fueled and up all the time. If you focus only on results, your motivation will be like weather-it will die the minute you hit a storm or will not be working as you wish. So the key is to focus on journey, not the destination. Keep thinking about what you are learning along the way and what you can improve.

Use your imagination and mind.

Next step after getting rid of negative thoughts is to use your imagination. When things go well, you are full of positive energy, and when you are experiencing difficulties, you need to be even more energetic and positive. So rename your situation. If you keep repeating I hate my work, guess which feelings those words will evoke? It’s a matter of imagination! You can always find something to learn even from the worst boss in the world at the most boring job. Great exercise for you: Just for three days, think and say positive things only. See what happens.

Stop being nice to yourself and think of bigger picture.

Motivation means action and your action brings outcome. Sometimes your actions fail to bring the results you want. So you prefer to be nice to yourself and not put yourself in a difficult situation. You wait for the perfect timing, for an opportunity, while you drive yourself into comfort zone and sometimes even into depression. Get out there, challenge yourself, do something that you want to do even if you are afraid.
